The Mahogany team traveled to India earlier this year to film the first in a series of videos which aim to raise awareness of the importance of clean water in some of the worlds poorest areas.
Water is integral to our survival. It is easily taken for granted. The people of Pondicherry, South India have had a strained relationship with water. From months of droughts, to tsunamis that have destroyed peoples lives. Water is something that they have learnt never take for granted. We placed buckets of water in various places in and around Pondicherry and let the people come and enjoy safe clean water.
In time the ‘Bucket’ will mean much more to local communities in third world countries and we’ll be bringing you more information soon.
