Today’s Introducing is introducing in the purest sense of the word. FREnchfire is a UK producer that I’ve been following with interest for almost a year now on Soundcloud, and apart for some infrequent airplay on Radio 1, he is still bubbling under the radar. FREnchfire (aka Alex Lowther-Harris) makes beautiful sparse post-dubstep electronica. His tracks sound like they would be as comfortable playing to a dance floor – like with his track ‘TOOHIGH’ – as listened to solo, as on tracks like ‘HeSher Jam’.
FREnchfire has an array of impressive tracks over on his Soundcloud. I cannot wait to see what a producer like him will bring in the coming months – its definitely time for some wider recognition.
