Sleep Assistance
Posted on Monday, July 27, 2009 in Indie/Folk

Nowadays a carefully selected iTunes playlist is to thank for getting me to sleep.
No longer can I rely on silence to nod off, instead some incredibly slow and relaxing songs at a very low level help in sending me to the clouds. It’s a little like counting sheep now but replace sheep with songs and see how many you can last.
The first song in my sleep playlist is from the album Plans by Death Cab For Cutie.
Death Cab For Cutie – Brothers On A Hotel Bed
More sleep playlist tracks to follow soon.
