Trouble Sleeping?

Let’s not kid ourselves here – the Chinese herbal medicines don’t work, Paul McKenna audio cassettes are scarily hypnotic and sleeping pills are a dangerous route to go down.
Fear not.
Get into your pyjamas, brush your teeth and press Play – soft volume advised.
Angus & Julia Stone – Bella
Australian siblings sidestep the ‘dunny’ to deliver a very peaceful melody.
Bon Iver – The Wolves (Act I and II)
Absolutely incredible album, absolutely incredible song.
Midlake – Young Bride
Forget Texas hillbilly, the Asian hints in this track prove they’ve left Texas far behind.
Beirut – Nandes
Lovely sounds.
Enjoy!
Friendly Fires – Skeleton Boy

Friendly Fires were arguably one of the most exciting British bands to emerge last year and many people were shocked their self-titled album wasn’t nominated for a Mercury Music Prize.
Anyhow they’re about to release their new single which has been given the single treatment by XL Recordings and it’s gorgeous.
The single version is punchy, funky and all other words that end in a ‘y’.
Friendly Fires -- Skeleton Boy
(The music video speaks for itself as well -- flick to High Quality)
Fink – Sort Of Revolution
It’s still cold and windy outside so warm drinks and soothing voices is all that’s required in order to get through it.
Brighton born Fink is the perfect remedy.
If you’re not familiar with him then you would have definitely heard the first single from his second album on the MasterCard advert a year or so back.
He’s recently put up a new track on his Myspace and it’s been playing through the speakers all week.
